Eligibility for Exchange or Return

To qualify for an exchange or return, please ensure the following:
• The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• It should be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and labels intact.
• The original invoice and packaging must be included with the return.
• Only items purchased directly from RAJ Creation’s official website are eligible.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange or Return
• Customized or altered garments.
• Items purchased during sales or special promotions are non-refundable but may be exchanged if found defective.
• Accessories and innerwear are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after successful inspection.
• The amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
